Extra strong, angled, container bolt seal The unique long and angled bolt  shape, made of fully hardened 9 mm thick steel gives the BAT High Security Seal an extra security feature for transport applications.  A specially designed conical shaped bolt seal head to ensure that the BAT High Security Seal cannot be cut or removed with a normal bolt cutter. The steel inner bolt has a double-locking chamber for enhanced tamper-resistance. The outer casing is made of high impact non-flammable ABS material to ensure maximum strength. Customer logo and sequential numbering are etched with permanent laser marking. Bar coding is optional. Laser marking offers the highest level of security as it cannot be removed and replaced.

Unlike the majority of bolt seals, the Klicker High Security Seal bush is made of an all metal high-strength steel construction. The clip - the actual locking mechanism - is embedded in a groove in the all metal bush, making the high security seal stronger and more difficult to tamper. Typical applications of the Klicker High Security Seal include  shipping and intermodal containers. The Mega Cable Lock High Security Seal consists of a seal which complies to the ISO/DIS17712.2. The Mega Cable Lock High Security Seal is mainly used for shipping containers and trucks but the flexible design makes it suitable for most applications that would otherwise require two strong seals to be secured. The seal provides the security of 2 cable barrier seals in one. One Mega Cable Lock seals the latch AND the bars on containers and trucks. Unlike normal cable seals, the Mega Cable Lock High Security Seal must be cut twice to be removed. With the Mega Cable Lock High Security Seal in its proper place, the doors of a container or truck cannot be opened without cutting both parts of the Mega Cable Lock High Security Seal or removing both doors at the same time. It takes two cuts to open the Mega Lock seal. The Mega Lock can be colour coded to suit individual requirements. The cable locking body can be anodized in 5 standard colours and the bolt seal is moulded with high impact ABS in a range of 5 different colours. Customized marking is etched on the two locking bodies with permanent laser technology. Identical serial numbers, logo and bar codes can be marked on all three parts of the seal if required. The Mega Lock High Security Seal is also known as the “synergy seal”.
