For security, we will ship items to the registered billing address for your payment card and you will be asked to provide this at the first page of our secure checkout.
Delivery within the UK £9.99. We pride ourselves on our prompt service and aim to deliver your order to you within 2 working days. For orders received before 1.00pm depending on stock we always endeavour to despatch the same day which should mean next day delivery for the majority of customers.

Returns, Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Terms and Conditions
Refunds Policy
Goods will only be accepted for a refund if the product is faulty, wrong goods have been supplied or the goods have been damaged in transit. We will replace the goods or refund the cost of the goods and carriage once they have been received and inspected. If we agree then a refund of the cost of the goods and the carriage will be made to your credit card or replacement goods will be sent out as soon as possible.
If you wish to return goods due to a fault then you must call our sales office on 0141 425 1060 prior to sending the goods back to us. We will then establish with you whether you wish to have the goods replaced or whether you just wish to have a refund. Please have all paperwork to hand to enable us to process the return of the goods.
Please remember to return with all accessories and packaging as originally supplied. Your refund will be applied to the card used to pay for the order; please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your account.
Unwanted Goods If goods are not faulty or damaged but are in fact no longer required then we will consider accepting them as a return but we will not refund any carriage paid and will levy a 25% handling charge on the coast of the goods. Please call 0141 425 1060 to discuss the possibility of goods being returned in this way.
Cancellation Policy Orders can only be cancelled if the goods have not yet been despatched.
